MIXIT is a first Russian online customized cosmetics lab. A user takes a base which perfectly suits her/his skin type and blends it with a unique combination of natural components to get the best results.
The brief was to design a logotype which will be used on the website and package stickers.
The key element is “X” letter with negative space filled with color shapes. The object conveys the idea of merging multiple elements into one. Bright girlish colors are due to target audience.

In the very beginning we have come up with two nice solutions, one of which was immediately approved by the client, and so we quickly moved to building shape and choosing type.
Having tested dozens of typefaces, we’ve chosen a wide geometric capitalized grotesque. The key element is positioned right in the middle of the logo, making it look balanced and harmonic. The client liked color solution which we came across in the beginning, so we decided to keep it as it was suitable enough for the target audience and we liked it as well.
